Norman Schräpel is a Cluster Coordinator at GIZ in Kigali, leading portfolios on digital transformation, governance, and regional cooperation across Rwanda, Burundi, and the Great Lakes. With a background in Anthropology and STS, he combines strategy with hands-on delivery - from AI and digital policy to innovation ecosystems and public sector reform.
