# Digital Transformation Center Rwanda (DTC Rwanda)

> A joint initiative of the Ministry of ICT and Innovation (MINICT) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), implemented by GIZ. Implementation partner for Rwanda's digital transformation across inclusive innovation, skills, AI, drones, Smart City, and Smart Africa coordination.

The DTC Rwanda site documents the portfolio of activities, partners, team, events and publications across the centre's focus areas. It is a public reporting surface — open by default, used by ministries, implementing partners, researchers and the wider digital ecosystem in Rwanda and across the continent.
